SB 177 & Why You Should Support It!

ACTION ALERT! View this email in your browser THIS IS A GREAT BILL! Does your child's school notify you of your right to exempt your child from Oklahoma required vaccines? SB 177 requires school districts to notify parents of the ability to opt out of vaccines when schools communicate with them on this topic. Right now, many school districts send out correspondence to parents suggesting that there is no option and that all students must comply with all vaccines or they cannot attend public school. THIS IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE! READ SB 177 HERE   STATUS This bill has been assigned to the Senate Education Committee and it waiting to be placed on the agenda.  ACTION Call the Chairman of the Senate Education Committee, Sen.
